Ordinance #584 Tried to check this out at the Web site provided and didn't get anywhere...The site does not exist according to Google. So, I am still not sure what this is all about. Is is right that a person should be charged to get a paper copy?? I am sure a lot of people don't have a computer to look this up and will have to pay the fee. Course, then again, I have a computer and am not able to find it. I'll keep searching but might want to check the site on the letter that went out. Submitted By: Joyce

Ordinance #584 I went to my computer as soon as I received the notice from the city regarding Ordinance #584. We became alarmed that we may be effected by a decision regarding the creek, which borders our property on Carriage Lane. Last time we atttended a meeting which involved the city's Planning Commission we came away feeling unheard and powerless. We hope this time citizen involvement will make a difference. Please let me know how I can get more information. Submitted By: Kathy Vann

Ordinance 584 It would be nice to have some straight talk for a change. What is ordinance #584? How could it effect our property values? Is it just on 5th st. or back on 4th as well? The note you sent to the p.o. box, tells us to look it up on the web site. There isn't any place to write in and search for any kind of information, let alone what I am looking for. There is nothing that I can see regarding ordinances of any kind. Does anyone even answer these messages? Gail K. Gardner Submitted By: Gail K. Gardner

Ordinance 584 Want to know why nobody trusts you folks? Why people assume there's always some sneaky thing you want to get through that is going to be good only for you and your friends? Just check out your last mailing about Ordinance 584, and then try to find out what it is. Submitted By: charley hoye

Ordinance Number 584 We received a notice about an ordinance that "may affect the permissible uses of your property..and may change the value of your property." We were directed to go to City Hall to read it (which we cannot do), or to go to the website. We're at the website and cannot find the ordinance. Please advise asap. Submitted By: Kathie Olsen
